FAQ's

Each location is different, each homeowner will have different tolerances and house rules. Let us know what you're planning and we will approach the homeowner with your requests. Anything not agreed in advance will typically not be permitted on the day of your project.

We make every effort to keep our pictures up to date and always ask the homeowners if anything has changed. We do recommend that you scout the location ahead of your shoot to make sure everything is to your satisfaction

If a location is available for your project and you’re the first person asking for that date you can have the “first hold” or “first option”. If there is already a client with a first hold/option on your project date then we can offer you a “second hold/option”. In this case, once you are ready to confirm your booking you can challenge the client with the first hold/option. If they aren’t ready to book and they release their hold then you are confirmed. Please allow up to 24 hours for a first hold challenge to be released.

We recommend booking 30 days prior to your desired date(s) in order to secure your location. Let us know when you have a likely date for your project and we can attempt to put the location on “hold” for you.
